The result of a road test is given below. It is evident that a total of 60 negative points have been awarded. Accumulation of more than 75 points or “F” failure on any maneuver, disqualifies the examinee. The faults claimed by examiner :-

Lastly, Examiners Comments: Didn’t release an emergency brake after Hill parking.
Do any of the faults claimed above substantiate the disqualification? Out of the numerous faults listed on the examination checklist, many would be more appropriate. But lack of skill and control ??
Maybe a video camera hot linked to a DVR would end any such frivolous claims or arguments. And maybe the government doesn't realise that the prevailing situation, is an opportunity provided, to fleece the public.
